The Communications and Signal Processing Laboratory integrates individual faculty-led research groups in a modern facility. The lab’s research activities are directed towards enabling future generation communications systems, networks, and devices, such as Internet of things, 5-G networks, self-driving vehicles, and intelligent assistants.

ePower Lab

Established in 2008, the Queen’s Centre for Energy and Power Electronics Research (ePOWER) supports the Power Electronics research group. The ePower lab is the most advanced state-of-the art power electronics lab in Canada.
